University Honda ordered the wrong fuel pump for my HRV when I had to get it replaced for the recall. So I had to go in twice, which is rather inconvenient considering the requirements for replacing a fuel pump. (IYKYK)

I had rear struts (shock absorbers) installed and now the car rattles, when it didn't before. I'll be calling them this week to find out what's up with it.

Everyone was really nice. The shop did an awesome job detailing my Honda. I’d choose university Honda over any other because they really care to help and they do an excellent job!

Garret was super helpful. he let me know that we have a faulty sensor on the fuel tank and any parts that they order may not work because it’s such an old Accord - 1999. This gave me the opportunity to reassess whether or not we should move forward with the service as it is a hit or miss “I’m going to go with not moving forward with the service because I believe maybe some zero ethanol fuel may clean up the sensor? I’m going to try this option first.

I was traveling from Southern California to help my son move out from Oregon State and back home. My 2013 Honda pilot with over 260,000 miles died about 100 miles south of Corvallis. I had it towed to University Honda, where Bryan the assistant manager of service took care of my car. I had a bad alternator. The service technicians were great they made sure the battery was still working and that everything in my car was fine. They knew that I had to tow a trailer back to Orange county California so they made sure that my vehicle was tip top. I highly recommend University Honda and highly recommend Bryan as your contact. I'm always leery about going to the dealer for service but not at University Honda. If I could take my other Honda vehicles there to service, I would. Maybe the next time I go to Corvallis Oregon I'll drive my CRV and have University Honda service it, just to get it done right.

Great and friendly service. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and the staff are kind and helpful.

The old customer’s area is not comfortable. The service does not even provide a free wash. Honda Albany is always better, and I'd rather drive there to get service.

Excellent service! We called University Honda after the TPMS light came on our CRV. The service manager said they’d check it for me so I drove right over. A very nice technician checked the tire pressure and said the left rear was low and we had a screw in the tire. He told the service manager and they said they would fix it right away if I could leave it for an hour. When it was ready, imagine my surprise and delight when the manager said there’d be no charge. Then, when I went out to get in the car, it had been WASHED!!! Our CRV has been a wonderful car and we’ve had top-notch service every time we’ve had it into University Honda. Highly recommended!!
