“ (Translated by Google) undefined (Original) Outstanding service from University Honda! I have always serviced my 25 year old Civic with certified Honda mechanics. They were prompt in taking my Honda in and replacing a bad battery. Followed up by wanting to know if everything running smoothly . I just recently moved to Corvallis and so glad to have University Honda here to service it when needed. ”

“ Michael Anthony was great to work with! He went above and beyond to help with the sell of the car since we live 3 hours away from the dealership. ”
“ I was dreading the hassle of buying a new car. Greg was a no pressure salesperson. He answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. He also sat in the car and went through all the basic operations with me before I drove off. When it came time for the paperwork Jason was perfect. He made it all easy, clear and no stress. Thank you so much. ”
“ Jeff Scoville of University Honda did an excellent job helping me choose the vehicle that best suited my needs, at the price I could afford. There was no pressure, just outstanding professional service. He showed me everything about the car and didn't hesitate to show it again when I had questions. He was personable without being smarmy. He understood that I was looking at a few other vehicles and worked with me to get me to the price I wanted to pay for a vehicle, while getting the best vehicle for that price. He looked up the history of the vehicle to tell me why UH had purchased it and when, and I felt he was on my side when negotiating with the manager. He has worked a long time in the business and it shows in his knowledge. He would be my first choice if I had to get another car in the future. The rest of the staff was attentive, personal, and helpful, too. The whole dealership was spotless and it's obviously well taken care of. Great place, great people. ”
“ We were from out of town and needed to have some work done on the car before we could leave for back home. University Honda was so accommodating and professional. ”
“ Excellent service and customer service. I highly recommend University Honda. ”
“ Michael Anthony was very professional and patient. I felt the trade in value and overall price of the car I bought was fair. Great experience and very fast ”
“ Mark the service writer was polite and knowledgeable. ”
“ It soon became apparent that University Honda cares as much for my new Civic as I do. Reminders and support to give the vehicle a service at the appropriate time and convenient date. It was also good ti know that their engineers were dedicated to being able to professionally service my vehicle. Staff were welcoming and friendly which made the whole experience a pleasure. ”
“ Unfortunately can no longer recommend doing business at university Honda. After being a customer for several years I had always thought incredibly highly of this business and its employees however my most recent experience I will no longer be supporting their business. My control gauge cluster in my 04’ Acura went out, leaving me without gauges, speedometer etc. I went to the most reliable business I knew in the area to do the repairs, university Honda. They were able to source the part and complete the repairs within roughly a week, for right around $600. Not cheap, not astronomical, and my problems are behind me I thought. Unfortunately as soon as I left for work the following morning, I encountered the same issue. Complete loss of speedometer and all my gauges. I promptly called university Honda and was met with their voicemail. I expressed my concerns left my contact information and awaited their call. It was not until I called again several weeks later after hearing nothing would I be told the part must be faulty, they apologized, and stated that they would communicate to me as soon as another part was sourced, and the repairs could be completed again. Unfortunately, I would still be on the hook for the labor, but that the part would be of no charge to me. I then called again after weeks of no communication to inquire on the timeline of the part and the repairs. I was asked “oh you’re still having that issue? Yes, it didn’t just remedy itself. I was then told that due to the age make and model of my car this part is difficult to source and that I would be informed of when I could come in and have the situation resolved. That was several months ago now, and I unfortunately have heard nothing and had no communication from university Honda. I paid them $600 to fix my vehicle and received a faulty part and the same issue, and was told to wait until they could source the part. I was offered no refund for the part in the interim, I completely understand not refunding the labor, but taking a customers money for a part that is faulty that I had no say in selecting and making no effort to remedy the situation for several months unfortunately has left a poor taste in my mouth, and I will now have to pay again to have this resolved elsewhere. I am disappointed they have let me down after many instances of them going above and beyond to make things right. ”
“ I bought a 2012 Honda CR-V in November, only because my other car got totaled, call me vulnerable I guess but thought this was a reputable dealership. I realize its used and as is but I soon realized it has a torque converter shudder, had an 8 year old battery in it, the air and cabin filter were so dirty, should have taken pics. Hadn't been replaced since '23 and was told this was done this past summer. Said some rock chip repairs were done, it was included in the price of the car, which obviously weren't done and have actual rust . Im very familiar with Honda and its a good thing im aware of the VTC cold start these have otherwise it could be very alarming. I also gave in and paid $500 more for the car then I wanted to but was desperate for a car and it is a nice car but feel like simple things ( to them) we overlooked so now I have to invest another $700 into this car, right off. I was also told I would be getting a call from the salesman regarding this but never have. Was also 3/4 quart low on transmission fluid. Not impressed! *Looks like if you have something negative to say about your experience with University Honda you get no response from the owner, not as little as a thank you for your business or anything! Sad that the days are gone were no matter if you buy new or used you are treated the same and that the owner appreciates your business either way. Obviously they don't care if someone had a bad experience. Better buy new or they don't appreciate your business! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nor do business with them again. ”

“ It was a wonderful experience! Mike and Jason were very helpful as was Brian in Service department. Thank you ”
