Al has had an extensive history in car sales. Before joining the Uhonda staff, Al was a Toyota and Subaru Specialist. He knows at ton about all the imports most commonly seen throughout Corvallis. Customers Enjoy working with Al because of his overly relaxed personality. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but with Al, it’s an easy, laid back process. Al’s gentle demeanor could calm a thoroughbred. In fact, before working as a Sales Consultant, Al was in the horse racing business. He and his family owned race horses and competed.

Ian began working at Uhonda in 2010. He is a recent OSU graduate and student-athlete on the famed rowing team. After receiving a degree in Business Marketing, Ian’s love for cars and trucks brought him to University Honda. Ian finds the best part about working at UH is the people and the atmosphere. “Everyone here is so nice and helpful, it really makes going to work very enjoyable,” Ian says. In his spare time, Ian enjoys riding his bike, Oregon sunshine, and staying active. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family and is learning to play guitar.

Jim Davis is a special addition to University Honda. Having worked at Randy Jones Chevrolet for 10 plus years, he’s certainly a familiar face in Corvallis. Known mostly for his kindness, Jim has been a consistent and reliable representative of domestic cars and trucks in the Corvallis market for over a decade. We at Uhonda were sad to see Randy Jones close down after so many successful years, but humbled to gain one of its icons! Aside from the car business, Jim has spent a large part of his life in the phone business. He worked with MCI corporate for many years, and supposedly set up Uhonda’s phone system when we first came to town in 1986.

I am a professional with some “hippie” characteristics: A homeowner turned VW van owner, and one-town man turned traveler. I am new to the Corvallis area and eager to meet new people and discover new places. I am engaged to the love of my life who is a cook here for the local Kappa Delta Sorority, at OSU. Cars are very central to my existence, and my family has owned countless Honda’s, which makes University Honda feel like home despite being in a new town. More than any of the above, I am a man of faith and owe my very existence to God and his never ending grace for my many pitfalls and shortcomings. With his love I am able to paint beautiful colors from an otherwise black and white palette.
