Ron Theis President
“At University Honda, our emphasis is on our customers. We began in Corvallis, Oregon in 1986 with the simple belief that if we could focus on customer satisfaction, particularly in our service and parts departments, one customer at a time, our future as an Oregon Honda dealer of new and used cars would be secure. We believe, 20 years later, that the focus remains the same. If you’re looking for a Honda dealer, used cars in the Corvallis, Oregon area, or simply need your car serviced, we welcome you to ask anyone you know who has done business with us for a recommendation. Thank you for visiting University Honda today and giving us the opportunity to earn your business.”
Rod Hoialmen Sales & Business Manager
Rod started working for University Honda in May of ‘95! “Over the past 15 years, we as a dealership have tried to set the highest standards for doing business in the Corvallis community,” Rod explains. “When I moved to Corvallis, we were a family of 4; Me, my wife Mona, and daughters Lesley and Lindsey. Now we are a family of 10! Two son-in-laws, three granddaughters and a recent grandson! Corvallis has certainly become our home. Since ‘95, I’ve enjoyed developing strong relationships with the best Banks and Credit Unions in Oregon. Also, American Honda Finance continues to offer competitive incentives, so always check with us for the latest rates and specials for purchasing a new or used car.”

Kirk Theis Sales, Finance & Parts Manager
Kirk Theis needs no introduction. He’s Ron’s son and the newest manager on staff at U-honda. Kirk comes from a background of music and restructuring home loans. Since his move from Phoenix to Corvallis, Kirk has become passionately involved with all the dealership’s departments. He knows everything from how to park and tag service customers’ cars, to finalizing all the necessary paperwork needed to complete a new car sale. His primary position is Parts Manager, but often you’ll see him managing the sales desk, and offering assistance in the finance dept. He’s no “jack,” but certainly a Jack of all trades.
Ladeene Ladue Executive Assistant
Ladeene Walker was initially hired as Ron Theis’ assistant and to help over see the new remodel in February of 2006. During her first interview, she mentioned, “I don’t want to work with people!” However, two weeks into the new job, Ron added Customer Service and Internal Relations onto the list of duties. She now explains, “It was the best thing he could have done! I have come to appreciate working with people, and have found that I deeply care for our customers and staff! I never thought I would be working for a car dealership, but this particular dealership is like no other. Our staff is kind, honest and caring.” The goal at U-Honda is to help people feel comfortable and well cared for. Ladeene works to earn their trust with exceptional customer service. Her passions revolve around her husband Tom, and her adult children: Haley (husband Blake), Kara (husband Colby) and Michael.
