Ladeene Ladue Executive Assistant
Ladeene Walker was hired to become Ron Theis’ assistant and to help over see the new remodel in February of 2006. One of the statements she made in the first interview was, “I don’t want to work with people!” However, two weeks into the new job, Ron added Customer Service and Internal Relations onto the list of things she does here at U-Honda. She now explains, “It was the best thing he could have done! “I have come to appreciate working with people, and have found that I care for our customers and staff! I never thought I would be working for a car dealership, but this particular dealership is like no other. Our staff is kind, honest and caring. We realize how important customers are especially in this economy. The goal at U-Honda is to help people feel comfortable and well cared for. We want to earn their trust with exceptional customer service.” Ladeene’s passions revolve around her husband, Tom and her adult children, Haley (and Son in Law, Blake) Michael, and Kara (and Son in Law, Colby).
Kirk Theis Sales & Finance
Kirk Theis needs no introduction. He’s Ron’s son and the newest manager on staff at U-honda. Kirk comes from a background of music and restructuring home loans. Since his move from Phoenix to Corvallis Kirk has become passonately involved with all the dealership’s departments. He knows everything from how to park and tag service customers’ cars, to how to print out all the necessary paperwork to finalize a new car sale. ”
