Pie in the Place

All we know is it was a normal day at University Honda. Salesmen were researching new car specs and answering sales calls. The business office was filling out titles and mailing checks. Our Honda technicians were diagnosing problems and changing oil…But someone else at University Honda was busy receiving a special pie that was baked for him.
We’re not exactly sure how this happened. One minute Keith is on the phone and/or typing on the computer, next he is receiving a freshly baked cherry pie from a satisfied customer. Apparently this is not the first time either. In fact, Keith acted as if it was no big deal as spectators gathered to witness this historic event in customer satisfaction. University Honda President, Ron Theis always says, “You never know how good you are until customers start bringing you baked goods. Sure we’ve seen cookies and brownies, candy and bread, but this is a new record. No one has ever brought in a pie before, not to mention this is the second time!”
Keith has been a valued service writer and assistant Service Manager at University Honda for quite awhile. His sense of humor and respect for all customers has earned him a “cult” following. Even people who live in other cities and own brands other than Honda will travel to get their car serviced with Keith. Keith Erhardt, you are a joy to have around the dealership. You deserve that pie.
