University Honda is a dealership that shines in providing excellent customer service! This fact has been proven time and time again in the thousands of customer responses through people who choose to return to the dealership for sales and service. Some of them take part in giving us valuable feedback through positive surveys and customer comment cards. This past month we’ve taken time to celebrate University Honda’s 25th anniversary. That’s right, a quarter century worth of satisfied customers!

In short, from the start, U-Honda has been committed to serving the Corvallis community and surrounding area customers with care, joy, and respect. One of the best parts of our dealership is the service department. Along with Certified Honda Technicians, Tom Walker, Keith Erhardt, and Jeff Mcculloch, (our Service Advisors) continue to be leaders in their industry! Their customer service scores are always at the top of their class, and way above competing markets! In the most recent Customer Service Experience (CSE) report, American Honda highlights 50 top service advisors of N.W. Oregon. Each Advisor is graded in 11 categories that are designed to monitor an Advisor’s work performance. At times this can seem like a lot of pressure…like Big Brother watching you! Nevertheless it is valuable information and a way for us to use these scores as an opportunity to improve!

We would like to congratulate: Jeff who scored a 93.9% out of 100%, 35th top Advisor out of 50 advisors Keith at 92.4% , 16th top Advisor out of 50 advisors And…Tom 95.9, 5th top Advisor out of 50 advisors in the overall CSE report!
